About

About the owners

Alan and Ginny are both graduates of Highland high school. Ginny went on to become a Registered Nurse after graduating from UACCB in Batesville, AR. Prior to owning the gym, Ginny worked as an RN for 10 years.

Alan is a graduate Arkansas State University with an Associates of Applied Science. He is a Vice President, Commercial Lender at FNBC Bank in Ash Flat, AR.

Alan and Ginny have three children, Mattney, Paxton and Piper and are raising them in this wonderful community.
